Returns Policy

Returns Policy (Action4x4.com.au)

We want you to be happy with your purchase and agree to honor the protection of your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please read the information below before requesting a return.

Return window

  • You have 14 days from the date your order is dispatched to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unworn, not fitted/installed)
  • With all tags/labels intact
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase
  • Items not meeting the above conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags) will not be accepted for return.

Clearance items

  • Clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • Regular finish and structural warranties still apply where applicable.


Exchanges for Change of Mind Reasons

To request an exchange for ‘Change of Mind’, please contact us at info@action4x4.com.au within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Include your order number (found in your order confirmation email), the reason for the exchange, and your preferred item. We will provide further instructions for returning your parcel.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition, which includes being unused, no damage, clean, and with all original hangtags and packaging (such as boxes or bags). Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

How to request a return

  • If you purchased your item through an authorised dealer, please lodge your return request with the dealer you purchased from.
  • If you purchased directly from Action4x4, please email Info@action4x4.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

Return approval & shipping

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions (and a return shipping label where applicable).

  • Do not send items back without approval. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

  • For returns due to ‘Change of Mind’, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not refund any return delivery costs for ‘Change of Mind’. For faulty items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

  • Please inspect your order on delivery.
  • If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.

Items that can’t be returned / restocking fees

  • Wheels or tyres that have been fitted cannot be returned.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items ordered via our website, dealer network, or directly from Action4x4.
  • A 10% restocking fee may also apply where an issue is not caused by Action4x4 (for example, change-of-mind or ordering errors).

Warranty

We endeavour to ensure all orders are dispatched in working order and perfect condition. Notify us immediately at info@action4x4.com.au if you encounter any issues with your order or product. Please be sure to include your order number and a description of the issue when contacting us.

If a product is faulty is found to be faulty, you are entitled to a refund or exchange (subject to availability). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been received by our warehouse. Wait for delivery of the order to be confirmed if you wish to return an item. We request that you the please follow the procedure outlined above in our in the "Exchanges for Change of Mind Reasons" section.

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact info@action4x4.com.au.
